This ministry aims to meet human needs by using divine resources through loving channels.
It’s an intentional way to be God’s hands and feet, and to walk with others through the many trials of life.
To provide comfort and encouragement for those experiencing loss.
To provide prayer, support and fellowship to those who are ill or grieving.
To be of practical help where possible.
What We Do
The Care Ministry provides, Visitation, Care Calling, Card Giving, Prayer and Food Assistance.
Throughout the year we co-ordinate projects to help as need arises, such as collecting coats or other supplies to be distributed to those in need. At times we may partner with other groups in their efforts bless or assist others.
We provide meals to those with new babies, or who are ill or grieving.
In November/December we collect coats, socks and blankets to give to Night Shift Ministries to distribute to those who live on the streets.
In December, the Care Ministry facilitates a Giving Tree program to offer tangible support to those who are in need during the Christmas Season. We take referrals from within the church and neighboring community and assist families and individuals who are struggling are experiencing difficult times.
